Die dritte SNAIL EYE ~ Cosmic Comic Convention wird wieder in der Kolonnadenstraße in Leipzig stattfinden. In der kleinen Straße gibt es viele Ladenlokale, in deren Schaufenstern Ausstellungen stattfinden sollen.
Hierfür suchen wir euch!
Wir haben 3 Ausstellungsschaufenster zu vergeben!
Falls ihr eine Ausstellung bei SNAIL EYE machen möchtet, sendet uns:
⁃ ein PDF mit Arbeitsproben
⁃ einen Text, worum es euch in eurer Arbeit geht
⁃ ein kleines Konzept, was ihr bei der Ausstellung zeigen wollt
Das ganze muss keine bestimmte Form haben. Achtet einfach darauf, dass wir uns gut vorstellen können, was ihr machen wollt.
»» Wichtig: wir können leider keine Dateien per wetransfer oderso annehmen! Bitte versucht, uns eure Arbeitsbeispiele etc. per Email zu senden! Danke!!
Die Fenster sind ungefähr 2,50m x 2,75m groß - das variiert aber ein bisschen von Laden zu Laden.
Wir unterstützen euch bei Aufbau und Planung der Ausstellung.
Ihr erhaltet eine Material- und An- und Abreisepauschale von insgesamt 250€. Einige Standardmaterialien haben wir sowieso vor Ort und über alles weitere lässt sich auch reden. Also scheut euch nicht, uns eure Ideen vorzutragen. ❤️
Schickt eure Bewerbungen bis zum 3. April an: exhibition@snaileye.de
Wir melden uns bei euch nach dem Auswahlverfahren ca um den 17. April herum zurück!

The upcoming SNAIL EYE ~ Cosmic Comic Convention will again take place in the Kolonnadenstraße in Leipzig. There are many shops in the small street in which storefronts we plan to show exhibitions.
Therefore — with this 3rd open call — we’re looking for you!
We have 3 storefronts for exhibitions to take place!
If you want to exhibit at SNAIL EYE 2023, send us:
- a PDF with work samples
- a text that explains what your work is about
- a small concept that states what you want to show at the exhibition
The whole thing doesn’t need to have a specific form. Just make sure that we’re able to get a good idea of what you want to do :)
»» We can not accept files via wetransfer or any other time limited cloud service!!!
The sizes of the windows are approximately 2,50m x 2,75m - but that varies a bit from store to store.
We help you with the construction and planning of the exhibition.
You’ll get a budget of 250€ for material and traveling expenses. We also might have some standard material on side and we can talk about everything else you might need. So don’t hesitate to show us your ideas. ❤️
Send an email with your concept (jpgs, PDF,...) until 03.04 to: exhibition@snaileye.de
We will come back to you after the selection process around April 17th!
